To understand Absolute Essents Power of 5, let us first understand what is an essential oil?
Essential oils are concentrated plant extracts and it takes a tremendous amount of plant material to make essential oils. For example, About 250 kgs of the lavender flower make 1 kg of lavender essential oil. Because it takes a huge amount of the plant to make essential oil, it’s a powerful botanical medicine. There are more than 90 types of essential oils, each with its own unique smell and potential health benefits.
Now that we have a basic idea of what essential oil is, let’s see how we can put them to our use.
